Pet Agreement:

I/We apply for permission from the Owners Corporation to keep the pet listed above, under the following conditions:

1. This approval applies only to the named pet for the duration of its life and does not cover any replacement pets.
2. The approved pet must remain within our lot at all times, except when entering or exiting the strata property.
3. When entering or leaving the strata property, the pet must be on a lead or carried by a responsible person, following the shortest possible route to and from our lot.
4. On common property, the pet must always be on a lead or carried and under the control of a responsible person.
5. We commit to maintaining the pet’s health, including regular flea and worm treatments.
6. We will ensure the pet’s noise levels do not disturb or inconvenience neighbours.
7. We will prevent the pet from causing nuisance, danger, or unreasonable disruption to other residents or their use of lots and common areas.
8. We will not allow or train the pet to toilet on the lot or common property, and we will immediately clean up and dispose of any accidents that may occur.
9. We will maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure waste is disposed of quickly and cleanly to avoid odours, nuisance, or hazards for others.
10. We accept full responsibility for the pet’s actions and agree to compensate the Owners Corporation for any injury or damage caused to others or their property.
11. We acknowledge that if we breach these terms, the Owners Corporation may revoke approval to keep the pet.
12. We understand that prohibited or declared dangerous dog breeds are not allowed within the lot or common areas.
13. We agree to follow any additional reasonable conditions set by the Strata Committee as outlined in the approval letter.
