Founded in 1973 by Janet Smith, Titles Strata Management (now TSM) was one of Sydney’s earliest strata management companies, a pioneer in a profession that has since become essential to modern urban living. Janet’s vision was both simple and ambitious: to deliver strata services with precision, professionalism, and an unwavering standard of care.
That legacy, rooted in integrity and technical excellence, has endured for over 50 years. In 1997, seasoned strata specialist John Koprivnjak joined the firm, bringing with him deep operational insight and a passion for elevating client experience. By 1999, John had acquired the business and ushered in a new chapter, one that would see TSM grow in capability, reputation, and geographic reach.
The company’s DNA remains proudly intergenerational. Brandon Koprivnjak joined in 2013, bringing energy, commercial acumen and a clear-eyed view of the sector’s future. Today, as National Operations Manager, Brandon leads TSM with a quiet determination to modernise the business while protecting what has always set it apart: trust, reliability, and relationships built to last.
Over the past decade, TSM has expanded from its Sydney base to include a presence across Western Sydney, the Central Coast, and Melbourne. With this growth came diversification. The launch of TSM’s Facilities Management division in 2018 marked a strategic evolution, bringing end-to-end oversight to the built environment and reaffirming our commitment to holistic property care.
Across all we do, from legacy strata schemes to new developer partnerships, our approach remains grounded in clarity, continuity, and the belief that great strata management isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about creating places people are proud to live, work, and invest in.
