Insurance Certificate of Currency (COC)

The Insurance Certificate of Currency (COC) available in the Owners’ Online Portal reflects the policy details as at the date it was first issued by the insurer.

For refinancing, lending, or third-party verification purposes, banks and other providers often require a COC to be issued as at the date of the request, as insurance policies may be varied, replaced, or cancelled at any time.

If you require a current Certificate of Currency issued as at today’s date, TSM Strata will obtain, verify, and supply the document on your behalf. A service fee applies in accordance with the Management Agreement with your property.

This service fee covers administrative time, insurer liaison, verification of policy status, and secure document handling.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge that:

• A previously issued COC may already be available via the Owners’ Online Portal at no cost
• You are requesting a new Certificate of Currency issued as at the date of this request
• You agree to the applicable service fee for this managed document supply service
